DAVID CALLOW TUTORIAL

I forgot to mention that today we had a tutorial/presentation with professional illustrator David Callow, who was extremely helpful. He sort of confirmed my thoughts by asking if I enjoyed what I was doing, and suggested researching to inform imagery and to find a context. He said that some of my drawings were not very friendly looking old people and this wouldn't be successful which I totally agree with. I found his advice and opinion very fair and I am happy that I had the opportunity!
It also made me realise that seeing other people's work that the innocent project shouldn't be an extended project and I should try and come up with one or two final images, which I will probably proceed to do, but I will then focus the next few weeks with a new view on my outcomes.
